We offer service variously to the Filipino who lives in Japan based on an activity policy of hirokim house Tokyo Japan. We offer service to Japanese, too.
Service isn't offered basically to other foreigners. We offer service by a Philippine style. The user follow that, please.
Our service is limited only in Japan. HIROKIM STORE sells goods only by customer's will. Sales terms of each goods are shown on our brochure and a website. Please follow its condition.
Basically, We ship items by Takkyubin Daibiki(Cash on Delivery). Shipping Charge is shown includes C.O.D fee.
Wherever you are, our shipping charge is same as 980yen. When value of an order (including tax) exceeds 10,000 yen, the shipping charge is free.
Several goods use other method like a LETTER PACK.
You can track ordered items using tracking system.

Basically payment method is Cash on delivery.(Pay money to delivery staff)
But bank transfer(Furikomi) is used by goods. (Please follow the condition of each goods.)
The payment with a credit card is available in an online order system of a Japanese edition.
We don't accept return/Exchange of goods by your reason basically.
We accept return/exchange in case of only mechanical badness of goods and a damage before use (From a delivery date, within 3 days).
A problem with the size of the dress and the shoes won't be a reason of return/exchange.
PROCEDURE OF RETURN/EXCHANGE (Only Defective product)
- 1. CONTACT US with picture of products.
- 2. We check situation of defective product and tell you whether we accept your request.
- 3. If we accept, you can send back the product to us by Takkyubin Chakubarai.
- 4. We send exchange goods. When there are no exchange goods, the price is repaid.
When you have not received ordered goods, there is a problem legally. We take legal measures in Tokyo district court or a police station. And we visit your home and investigate.
All your information is exhibited on the internet. This is performed until you'll pay the price. Even if your residence qualification is affected by that, we're irresponsible. You aren't our customer until you'll pay the price. We don't admit a malicious person.
